CALIBRATION FURNACES FOR TEMPERATURE SENSORS

BOUHNIK SAS, together with specialists in temperature measurements, has developed scientific instruments devoted to calibration of temperature sensors based on contact or optical radiation. Our company can propose calibration systems with utmost metrologic performances , such as the Black Body High Temperature Furnace 800/2000K (CNHT 8/20), manufactured under BNM-INM licence.

Our engineering department can design made-to-order calibration furnaces meeting your technical specifications and can fit the best calibration practices.

The model 33-4/14 is specifically dedicated to thermocouples calibration : it includes an interchangeable cartridge, which can host a so-called « mini-cell » or a mini crucible for fixed-point transition.

With the cartridge, innovation from BOUHNIK SAS, the fixed point crucibles are protected by inert gases, repeatibly positionned and interchangeable ; furthermore, the thermocouples are guided and maintained during their calibration.

Our compensated (or regulated) muti areas furnaces can be equipped with egalization blocks (for calibration of thermocouples by contact) as well as black-body fixed points crucibles for calibration of pyrometers by optical radiation.
